SimpleFuel™ is an on-site hydrogen appliance encompassing generation, compression, storage and dispensing. It is a cost effective, safe and reliable fueling solution that makes hydrogen fuel more accessible to fuel cell vehicle customers in the automotive, fleet and industrial sectors. This technology can be used for forklifts in distribution centers or fuel cell vehicles at fleet hubs, business offices, or similar locations.

SimpleFuel™ uses water and electricity to generate high purity hydrogen and has the ability to dispense fast ‘opportunity’ fills or full fills up to 700 bar using the SAE J2601 standard.

SimpleFuel™ is capable  of delivering up to 10 kg/day of hydrogen to vehicles at pressures up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). 5 kg of hydrogen fuel is enough to fill one fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) for 300-360 miles.

It’s compressors are ideal for compressing all types of gases where ultra-high purity gas is required.  PDC is experienced in handling industrial, rare, pyrophoric, toxic, synthetic, corrosive and gas mixtures. Standard and custom-designed diaphragm compressor with a comprehensive assortment of options to meet any application can be provided. Discharge pressures range from 50 psi to 15,000 psi (3.4 bar to 1000 bar), power consumption from 3 hp to 200 hp. (2 Kw to 150 kW) and typical flow rates based on compression ratio to 500 Nm3/hr.

Hydrogen Re-fueling Stations

PDC Machines provides turnkey Hydrogen Refueling Stations (HRS). This includes compression, storage, chilling, dispensing, safety, controls and factory certification. The components of the HRS are selected from standard building blocks to meet fleet requirements. PDC’s HRS designs easily adapt to increased capacity as the vehicle fleet grows in the future.
