Drivetrain
A proprietary six-phase motor producing torque that surpasses ICE counterparts. The drivetrain offers Class 8 diesel-comparable torque making the trucks faster than all gasoline equivalents 0-30 and 0-60 with a full load (4-6 tons).
Software
Highly flexible and configurable control software allows for a wide range of fleet demands and vehicle configurations. Real-time control strategy provides power management capabilities to maximize storage performance, and it employs Motiv’s patented motor controls, and supports the latest charging standards. Our over-the-air updates and remote diagnostic and tuning tools support our agile response to provide maximum up-time and obtain the most from our fleet.
Battery
The patented Argo LFP battery, incorporates Motiv’s battery control signal and offers a leading 150-200-mile range for its entire capacity, even when at max GVWR. Fleets can select two or three battery packs to suit range needs. The new technology design supports customized body builders, including providing several charge port locations, multiple high-voltage accessories for HVAC and power take-off, and many specialized body requirements.
Cab
Designed to meet form and function requirements. Featuring energy efficient windshield, airflow and maneuverability. Command seat positioning to reduce workplace injuries and driver fatigue. Active and passive safety features and visibility. Superior thermal performance, using less battery energy to keep the driver comfortable.
Chassis
Introduced in late 2024, the Argo Chassis will be the first chassis built by Motiv for Motiv. The Argo chassis will enable tighter integration with our battery, drivetrain and cab; reduce costs; improve performance; and offer greater flexibility for customization and fit for purpose.
