Settima started producing 3-screw pumps for the lifts & elevators industry. Our products are capable of minimizing noise emissions and pulsations in hydraulic circuits. In 2001 we invented and patented a new range of helical rotor external gear pumps, famous with the trademark Continuum®: the first no-noise and no-vibrations hydraulic pump for high-pressure and high-speed applications.Continuum® soon became the benchmark in industrial and mobile EV applications. Another invention was the hydraulic machine called 4Q®Continuum®. Patented in 2022, it's energy regenerative and runs on 4 quadrants, without noise and pulsations. We are now part of the Green Silence® Group, with Spin® and Motive, and our last achievement are SpinRel® rare-earth-free synchronous electric motors. They introduce a new e-mobility era for electro-hydraulics,which also marks a significant step in the international energy transition: designed for EV/HEV industrial vehicles, they're built without permanent magnets.
