HITEC Orlando Press Coverage Opportunities
HITEC Orlando is an industry event known for news-worthy announcements, including product releases and technology trends. Industry press are given a complimentary registration to attend. Below are some ways to help your company reach the attending press and gain coverage.
Exhibiting companies are invited to schedule a press conference at their convenience. There is no specific location for press conferences, and companies are welcome to schedule the meeting in either their booth or at another location. Attending press do have access to the exhibit hall outside of exhibit hours, and can come to your booth outside of the public hours for a conference or individual meeting.
To help you promote your conference, please submit your meeting details to HFTP. The HFTP Communications Department will distribute the press conference schedule to attending press.

news feed service to distribute exhibitor news. This feed is published through multiple channels, including HITEC Bytes
, HITEC Daily News Flash and the HITEC Dallas app.

To gain attention for your company, it is recommended that you reach out directly to the registered press. HITEC will distribute a list of attending press contacts to exhibiting companies.
