Products and Services
Megasys provides several products and services including:
• Portfolio HMS, which offers critical functions required for any property operations. Some of the core standard functions provided are guest CRM, reservations, front desk, housekeeping, engineering, group sales, client CRM, sales and catering, revenue and yield management, dashboard and alerts and much more. Portfolio HMS also provides interfacing connectivity to many industry partners and is PCI compliant.
• MegaTouch POS, an integrated point-of-sale system that can also be operated independently of Portfolio HMS. This is a restaurant and retail product, providing critical inventory management functions.
• MegaLynx CRS is a complete reservation distribution system that offers a branded website booking engine optimized for mobile, as well as seamless connectivity to online travel agents (OTAS) and global distribution systems (GDS). It is fully integrated with Portfolio HMS, providing a seamless two-way reservation sales and delivery system to many reservation channels.
• GuestRez is a customized web booking engine that allows guests to easily book their hotel stays based on the property’s configuration in Portfolio HMS.
• CampRez is a customized web booking engine that lets campground properties provide their guests an easy way to book their campground accommodations, by type or the interactive campground map feature.
• Qualified staff in Tulsa, Okla., provide all clients with 24/7/365 customer support. No matter when a client needs assistance, the Megasys support team is available.
• Megasys provides many more services, like business intelligence reporting and data analytics that provide standard and custom reporting abilities.
