I have enjoyed working with OwnOutdoors and continue to use their services after moving to another hotel. They even provided a complimentary pair of tickets to the best tours in town to sample! I also like that they are continually refining their services - from the Digital Concierge App to the rack cards/tabletop banners, etc. they make it easy for the guest to instantly book tours.

It has been a pleasure working with OwnOutdoors on implementing their Digital Concierge app. It was super simple and seamless to implement without any disruption to staff. OwnOutdoors did the legwork to contact/screen the tour operators so the hotel didn't have to. Within the first few weeks, our guests were booking through the app and we received our commission! Guests receive special pricing on some tours through the hotel which is not available elsewhere. All hotels and other lodgings should not pass up the opportunity to improve the guest experience.

As a Pre-K to 8th Grade school, fundraising is important to ensure a good student, parent and teacher experience. OwnOutdoors helps us reach our goals by donating a portion of their revenue and free tickets back to the school. Not only that, but many of the activities are top-rated, educational and kid friendly which helps our kids keep active and learning outdoors! Other schools should definitely consider partnering up with them!

Providing guests recommendations of experiences is a must-have for any lodging or hospitality organization that is looking to provide guests with service above and beyond accommodations. Within a couple days, OwnOutdoors had a white-labeled web app for us to deploy in our welcome packets to our guests. They also helped design and print our fridge magnets with a custom QR code! One of the best parts of the project was that the onboarding process was a super easy lift with minimal to no effort on our end.

We improved sales by partnering with OwnOutdoors to drive Hotel guests to visit the Museum of Graffiti. Tickets were purchased in bulk and look forward to doing more deals with them!

As a Concierge, the OwnOutdoor Digital Concierge platform is an invaluable tool. Not only can I use it for the ability to book instantly on behalf of my guests, but it also makes for a great informational source. They created a one page guide with QR codes that the guests can scan and book also. In addition they have recommended vendors for transportation, flowers, grocery delivery and more! This is definitely a service that any concierge, front office, and more should consider to improve the guest experience.
