    The Agilysys/Zaplox digital key solution supports major industry lock vendors and can be configured to handle complex requirements such as restricted access to a variety of resort amenities and facilities based on the booking package of the guest.     February 28 - March 2 - Zaplox joins Agilysys INSPIRE User Conference in Las Vegas, where Agilysys rGuest Express and Zaplox Mobile Keys will be demonstrated. 

     

    rGuest Expressprovides a complete mobile or lobby kiosk check-in and check-out guest experience with support for digital keys, ID verification and key encoding. With rGuest Express, guests can avoid long front desk lines and enjoy a complete contactless process getting to their rooms and the property’s amenities faster. The result is reduced lines at the front desk, greater staff productivity, and reduced operating costs.  

     

    Zaplox key-centric SDK for Mobile Keys enables guests to use their phone to unlock the hotel room door, thus eliminating the need for plastic cards. Once the check-in by the front-desk or in the app is completed, the mobile key is issued and can be accessed via the guest app. The hotel room door is unlocked by activating the mobile key in the app and holding the phone against the door’s Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) lock. The guest can easily share the key with other guests electronically. Zaplox key-centric SDK is the most cost-efficient way to add mobile keys to a new or existing hotel app.

  • Swire Hotels Teams Up With Agilysys  

    to Provide Smarter, Faster, Greener Guest Experiences

    ALPHARETTA, GA — APRIL 07, 2022 — Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading global provider of next-generation end-to-end SaaS and on-prem ready hospitality software solutions, today announced that Hong Kong-based Swire Hotels has activated Agilysys solutions in all its Hong Kong properties and plans to extend these across its entire property portfolio.   

     

    The comprehensive suite from Agilysys includes Agilysys Seat, an online seat reservation, wait-list and venue management system that optimizes both revenue and guest satisfaction; InfoGenesis POS using the IG 12UX client, the leading hospitality market POS system; and IG OnDemand, a guest-facing contactless food and beverage ordering for guest delivery or pick up across venues. 

     

    Swire Hotels is a group of seven properties under The House Collective and EAST brands, with locations in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland and the United States. Guests can choose to have their orders delivered to them or can opt to pick them up. In addition to enabling the contactless service experience guests increasingly desire, replacing printed menus with QR codes in guestrooms contributes to sustainability by reducing paper waste. 

     

    Agilysys Seat enables properties to maximize revenue from seating options and venue space while enabling guests to view and select seats and track their waitlist status at various venues through an online experience.  As the foundation for these experiences, the IG 12UX client for the comprehensive InfoGenesis POS system enables hoteliers to present point-of-sale experiences to guests in a variety of ways using equipment that reflects guest preferences, whether through mobile devices or at fixed-place terminals.

    ALPHARETTA, GA — APRIL 26, 2022In its first in-person spa industry conference appearance since acquiring hospitality software innovator ResortSuite in  January 2022,  Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS) will accept the  ISPA Innovate Award ResortSuite won in 2021 but did not receive in a formal ceremony because the show was cancelled due to COVID. ResortSuite won the award for a mobile app that enables spas to provide guests with anytime, anywhere access to book appointments, view itineraries, manage member profiles and see other content, all presented under the spa’s brand and guidelines. The Agilysys ResortSuite team will be recognized in the May 4th Power Session during the 2022 ISPA Conference at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas May 2-4, 2022. 

     

    Now marketed as Agilysys ResortSuite MOBILE, the app also stores guest profiles and IDs that let guests and members access privileges and facilities exclusive to their profiles.
