  • The most accurate and consistent device for telling the doneness of your meat while you are cooking. It is so precise that you can choose between 15 doneness levels for each meat. No meat thermometer is as accurate and consistent at determining the meat doneness. The results are so reliable that The Meatrix System is used by some of the world's top competition chefs but is so easy to use that even a child can consistently get the same perfect results.

    Only The Meatrix System allows you to cook pork and poultry to lower temperatures but still exceed USDA pasteurization standards.
