We build our high quality griddles in France. 3  sizes are available for the gas range : 16", 30" and 41" and 2 sizes for the electric range : 16'' and 30''. Carts, Lids, trim kit and liners are available for each size of griddles. 

Our patented stainless steel plate with cast iron heater allows to be super efficient and to be clean in only 3 minutes with ice cube and scotch brite.

    • Thanks to our special cooking plate combining a 304 stainless steel cooking surface and a cast iron heater allows very high inertia of the heat distribution all over the cooking surface. Meats are perfectly sears on each side with a low energy consumption. It's very easy to clean in 3 minutes and there is no deformation or discoloration of the stainless steel.     Thanks to its special and patented cooking plate combining cast iron heater and stainless steel 304 cooking surface our griddles are the easiest griddles to use of the market. Perfect heat distribution all over the surface and big inertia make it very efficient. But the Dual Plate System permit also to clean the griddle easiely in just 3 minutes with ice cube and scotch brite pad.

    How it works ? Simply by protecting the stainless steel 304 cooking surface from direct contact with flames by the cast iron heater the stainless steel never deforms and will not become blue or brown. You keep the original color of the stainless steel all life long.  It's unique !
