The PINNACOLO™ PREMIO is an upgraded wood fired oven. The all stainless steel design features an dual wall insulated dome, Cordierite cooking surface, a convenient side shelf, secure fitting door and 4 easy to position swivel casters. The Premio comes shipped complete with a bundle of quality PINNACOLO™ accessories including a 12” pizza peel, wire bristle broom, high temp gloves, infrared thermometer, rocker pizza cutter, weather proof cover, stainless fire separator and even a one size fits all apron. 

The PINNACOLO™ IBRIDO is the current star of the program. The IBRIDO is a Hybrid oven allowing the user to choose whether to cook with wood fire or choose to cook with propane power. The IBRIDO features a 35,000 BTU burner complete with electronic igniter. All stainless steel design with a beautiful porcelain enamel dome finish. Lower matching black powder coated panels wrap the base and protect the propane tank. Also, the interior of the dual wall and insulated dome features a wall-to-wall Cordierite cooking surface for 2-3 pizzas at a time. The PINNACOLO IBRIDO is shipped complete with a collection of premium accessories including a 12” perforated peel, wire bristle broom, premium rocker cutter, infrared thermometer, stainless fire separator, high temp gloves, weatherproof cover, tank cover, 2 acacia wood peels and a one size fits all apron.
