We also understand your current oven setup might not cut it for that level of artistry. It’s a common plight. And in the world of modernized pizza ovens for home use; there’s no shortage of varieties. Heck, we could probably give you a recommendation for one that would do the job just fine, if we hadn’t just created the highest performing, most innovatively designed pizza oven to bring you the most impressively authentic pizza. INNOVATIVE DESIGN

To make a craftsman’s quality pizza oven, we knew we needed bold innovation. So we took all the best features of a traditional oven, refined them, and assembled them in an evenly-heated feat of pizza perfection engineering.

The one we’re proudest of? Our patent pending Reverse Flow Draft Design (RFD™). Though we designed our oven with 304 stainless steel for lightweight ease, we also wanted to replicate the thermal efficiency of a brick oven. Air circulates through the front, and upward into a chamber above the cooking dome before flowing out of a chimney at the back of the oven. Basically, our airflow design creates layers of heat, and the most perfect heat management for your most perfect pizza.

When we designed our oven, we knew our signature when we began: a rotating pizza stone.

When you think of an authentic pizza––perfectly crispy and bubbled, brushed with flames––you have to imagine the motion that creates it. Delicate, circular motion is crucial for an authentic, evenly cooked pizza. Yet, getting that perfectly calibrated swirl of the pizza can be tricky or time-consuming, so we took care of that for you so you can get back to pizza making.

That’s right, chefs, you can slide your culinary masterpiece into the Scorpio™ with absolute ease and confidence of a beautiful, evenly cooked pizza. No strenuous spinning needed. Just a 16-inch diameter, ½ inch thick stone to carry your pizza to perfectly cooked, Neapolitan crust perfection. Any way you slice it, we’re going to up your pizza game.

DUAL-FUEL OPTIONS

We gave you two ways to fuel your fire to take your pizza above and beyond. Personally, we’re partial to wood fire cooking, so we included a rocket stove design for the most supreme wood fire finessing. With an open channel below the wood for optimal airflow, the fire can burn really hot, giving you the most out-of-this-world pizza. Plus, you can load wood splints from the side instead of dropping them on top like other ovens require. Less hassle. More pizza cooking.

And for a lower touch experience, we have our alternate top-notch propane option, of course. A high-output propane burner, with a dual jet, 23k BTUs, and adjustable gas output––the works.
