  • Wet wood is perhaps one of the biggest issues with homeowners not burning efficiently with their EPA-certified wood stoves causing retailers extra calls and complaints about the stove not working correctly and causing neighbors to contact EPA.  EPA has a variety of free educational tools (videos, flyers, brochures) for use by industry.  The tools were in fact developed with help from the hearth industry.

We hope you will take link to our videos, educational materials and share hard copies in your store, directly with homewoners or include them when your stove is sold.  To check out the video, order flyers or other free materials go to www.epa.gov/burnwise.
