Wildlife Habitat Restoration and Implementation

Wildlife Habitat Federation(WHF) biologists provide landowners with native habitat restoration and implementation plans and services on farms and ranches in Texas that increase and support huntable populations of the wildlife species present.

WHF provides education through presentations to public and private groups and organizations and exhibits at public events.

WHF Biologists meet directly with landowners to evaluate their property’s resources and infrastructure. The biologist is then able to prescribe best management practices within a comprehensive plan format that will guide the landowner in moving forward with their wildlife habitat goals, objectives and needs.

WHF provides on-the-ground restoration services to landowners who want to restore or enhance the native wildlife habitat on their property.

To date, WHF efforts have impacted over 89,000 acres in 41 counties of Texas.
