The multi breadline is used for the production of various bread products. Most of the time the lines are custom build lines. Depending on the amount of kg/hour, type of dough, shapes, strewing, available space, etc.
The capacity of a multi breadline starts at approximately 1000 kg per hour and can increase to more than 10 tons of dough per hour.
The concept of the line/line design depends on the product demands. Type of dough, for example ciabatta or hamburger dough. Even rye dough is possible.
It is possible to produce all kinds of shapes on this line. Round 30 gram – to round 800 gram, all kinds of squares, rectangles or triangle shapes, small and large. All sorts of moulded products like petit pains, baguettes, toast bread, etc. All combined in one line.
