Baker Thermal Solutions will bring their new G2 Templex Rack Proofer. For years, the BTS rack proofer has been known as the best option for a space-saving Automatic Proofing solution. With the inclusion of up-to-date controls technology in the G2 Templex, this proofer offers both a space-saving auto design with the added benefit of more than 50% less maintenance and a longer life span with far fewer working (wear) parts. A complete working version will be on display in booth 4803. The model will include viewing windows on all sides so everyone can see the simplified design and how smooth it operates.

The Laser Safety Trip System is a patented system for detecting displaced objects within tray ovens. This non-contact method applies the pin-point accuracy of laser technology to detect tilted trays at the rear of the oven. All system components are practically applied to the outside of the oven. Simplistic relay logic allows for flexible interlock integration into existing control schemes. A fully comprehensive user manual details every aspect of self-installation, operation, and maintenance.
