Custom-build machinery solutions for the production and handling of bread- and pastry products, for middle sized- and industrial bakers that’s the specialty of BVT Bakery Services. BVT is the expert in the area of total dough handling. The origins of BVT lies with a group of people who each have over 35 years of experience in the field of dough and total dough handling. Together with Verhoeven group they established BVT. Verhoeven group has more than 50 years’ experience in designing and producing custom-build material handling and conveying systems for the food industry and industry in general.

We can split our solutions into three different groups. These groups are coherent to the several phases of the production of bread and pastry (products):

1. The dough forming lines as laminators, sheeting lines, block processors etc..
2. Product handling /make up lines for forming products units as depositors, strewers, etc..
3. Product conditioning, such as multideck conveyor proofers, spiral tower systems or tray stack proofers/coolers/freezers, baking tray handling systems etc.

  • BVT Multi Bread Line
    The multi bread line is used for the production of various bread products, mostly “artisanal” but also “bread and buns” or combined. The lines are custom build and the capacity starts at app. 1000 kg per hour to more than 10 tons of dough per hour....

  • The multi breadline is used for the production of various bread products. Most of the time the lines are custom build lines. Depending on the amount of kg/hour, type of dough,  shapes, strewing, available space, etc.

    The capacity of a multi breadline starts at approximately 1000 kg per hour and can increase to more than 10 tons of dough per hour.

    The  concept of the line/line design depends on the product demands. Type of dough, for example ciabatta  or hamburger dough. Even rye dough is possible.

    It is possible to produce all kinds of shapes  on this line. Round 30 gram – to round 800 gram, all kinds of squares, rectangles or triangle shapes, small and large. All sorts of moulded products like petit pains, baguettes, toast bread, etc. All combined in one line.

    Our Group is able to help you, not only with the multi bread line, but also to set up a total bread plant. Our Group offers all kind of handling systems to set up a complete multi bread plant. We deliver  equipment for every step of the production process: BVT: make-up, NEW CAP: proofing, cooling, baking, oven loading, oven unloading, depanning and ‘BVT end of Line’ delivers solutions like robotic pick and place units, which makes the program complete.

  • BVT Donut line
    The industrial donut line is based on the sheeting principle. A BVT donut line gives extra value to the end product, due the special attention the dough gets. The capacity goes from 10.000 up to 30.000 donuts per hour....

  • BVT’s industrial donut lines are based on the sheeting principle. Forming the sheet into the desired thickness happens completely stress-free. In this way the structure of the dough will remain optimal. Next, the donuts are cut out with a special guided cutting unit. After removing the retour dough and any remaining flour, the donuts continue automatically onto the proofer.

    A special loading station, developed by BVT, places the products correctly in a straight row in the proofer. This ensures that the product is proofed within the predetermined proofing time and perfect climate conditions. The balanced ‘climate system’ grants an optimal air distribution. From the proofer the donuts are transferred into the BVT automatic frying system. Then automatically to the BVT cooler and the BVT Freezer. In-between the BVT fryer and BVT freezer we can add value to the donut due to automatic filling, glazing, sugaring etc.he donut lines of BVT give a lot of extra value to the end product due to the special attention BVT gives the dough structure. This careful treatment leads to less fat absorption of the donuts. With this donut line BVT offers the client also flexibility. With minor alterations, different shaped donuts and other products can be produced. Besides that, the open construction ensures optimum maintenance and cleaning convenience. Based on the standard size donut, the capacity of a line is  between 10.000 to 30.000 donuts per hour.

    Capacity of laminator: 400 – 6.400 kg/hour
    Number of layers: adjustable from 16 - 144 layers
    Final thickness: 3 – 10 mm (depending on number of layers and dough quality).

  • Pre section for French Method or All-Inn Method

    French- The 3-roll sheeter produces a dough sheet. On top of that a fat pump produces a layer of fat. After folding the dough sheet around the fat, resulting in a sandwich, the pressing roller seals and flattens the sandwich.

    All-In- With the BVT Fat-Cutter you put the small fat cubes in the bowl and after mixing, the 3-roll sheeter puts the sheet on the conveyor. The multi roller reduces the dough thickness. The retracting/laminating unit multiplies layers onto the next section.

    Intermediate section

    The laminating unit produces 8 layers (counting only the fat layers). The driven pressing roller flattens the layers into a continuous dough sheet. The multi roller reduces the dough sheet. The retracting/laminating unit multiplies layers onto the next section.

    Final section

    The second laminating unit produces 10 layers, totalling up to 80 layers. A pressing roller flattens the layers to a continuous dough sheet. The multi roller reduces the dough. The multi-cross-roller reduces the dough sheet and enlarges the width. The set of gauging-rollers reduces the dough sheet to its final thickness.

  • BVT Croissant line
    This line produces fully automatically all kinds of croissants, and puts them onto a tray or indented tray. Formed and curled, possibly filled, for high quality products. Capacity is between 12.000 up to 70.000 per hour, depending on the weight and size....

  • The BVT croissant line can be combined with a laminator or a block processor, but it is also possible to use as a stand-alone unit for the croissant blocks to make croissants. This line produces fully automatically all sorts of croissants, and puts them onto a tray or indented tray. Formed and curled, possibly filled, for high quality products. Also available with a resting and/or cooling conveyor in between the laminator and the croissant line. The line can be completely customized to your requirements, needs and space.

    BVT is producing croissant lines for many different kinds of croissants. Mini croissants of  app. 10 gr to big croissants of app. 110 gram,  with different fillings and even bended.

    The BVT croissant line is available from a working width of 800 mm, with  a capacity of 12.000 pieces/hour up to a capacity of maximum 70.000 pieces/hour, depending on the weight and size.

    Our Group is able to help you, not only with the croissant line, but also to set up a total croissant plant. Our Group also offers all kinds of handling systems to set up a complete croissant plant.
