  • Eaglestone Equipment, a leader in the food processing conveyor industry, designed the Series 802 Automatic Flour Dusterto dispense a uniform pattern of flour, powdered sugar or other powders precisely where required. This is accomplished by the use of adjustable flow valves that pinpoint the powder location for uniform dispersal with no clumps or gaps, eliminating food product waste. Constructed of 304L stainless steel, the hygienic design allows for easy assembly and disassembly for cleaning, a vital consideration for any food production line.

    Other features include a built-in hopper grating to guard the internal agitator and tool-less adjustable guide rails for different sized products. A series of rollers and stops guide the product down the conveyor to the next station. A variety of conveyor belts materials are available, including extra-hygienic solid urethane.

    “The Series 802 is ideal for efficiently adding the finishing touch to any baked product,” said Carmen Sammauro, President of Eaglestone Equipment. “It can be dropped into your existing line as a modular unit, or custom-designed from scratch with any combination of our other equipment, including our High Volume Conveyor Ovens.”

  • Eaglestone Equipment, a leader in the food processing conveyor industry, improves the efficiency of distribution operations with its Series 2300 Large Volume Sorting Conveyor. Sorting conveyors are used to push or divert specific products from one conveyor line to specific totes or boxes. Their great advantage is the ability to achieve higher shipping accuracy while also increasing speed. The Series 2300 reduces sorting time and manpower by requiring only one operator for the entire process.

    Adjustable speed pneumatic sorting arms automatically divert products into waiting containers and shift to a different receptacle when previous cartons are full. Bright LEDS indicate when each container is near full, and completely full. The Series 2300 easily sorts both random and single product production batches through the use of eye safe infrared scanners which identify barcodes. 

    The Series 2300 provides long lasting service with a low operating cost. Numerous options are available to match each individual application. These include retracting ends, diverting chutes, blast gates, push offs, stainless steel casters and more. A modular plastic belt comes standard. Custom choices such as fabric, urethane, etc. can also be installed.

The Accu-Track belt tracking system keeps the fabric belt in place in a constant turn to maintain product orientation, while small diameter discharge rollers allow for tight transfers.

    Ideal for the food processing industry, a food grade belt is utilized in conjunction with a cantilevered design for fast belt changes and tool-less drip pan removal for quick and easy cleaning.

    Other features include sealed bearings, multi-segmented guard rails and a fully adjustable nose roller. Operation of the 1703 Seriesis very quiet, making it perfect for any environment. The standard speed is 60 FPM. For variable speeds, an optional Nema 4x VFD drive can be added. A stainless steel drive and stainless casters/levelers are also available.

They add value by enabling workers to safely and swiftly get where they need to be to keep the production line running efficiently. In many cases walkovers are required for compliance with government standards for evacuation planning.

    Choose from materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and painted steel to meet your needs. Sealed diamond plate decks are available to work above lines, and open-grated decks with a polymer finish can be used for easy cleaning and ventilation. We make kick rails ranging from the traditional 4-inch up to the new 24-inch standard.

    Configurations can include simple steps up and steps down, steps up and ladder down or ladder up and steps down, etc. Steps can also be angled to maximize floor space. For unique situations, our engineers and designers will build a custom walkover to fit any requirement.
