Pans are laser-marked with a unique 2D code and pan number before leaving the American Pan factory. Basic pan data such as dimensions, mould size, and coating life expectancy is entered into a database.

Pan sensors and tag readers are installed on existing bakery equipment and connected to HMI which sends information to a secure database which is used to create usage and performance reports.
