Everything you need to know about your Event Portal


  • Update your personal profile

    • Your personal profile is viewable via your company's profile (accessible to the public via the Exhibitor Directory tab)


  • Update your company profile

    • Click on Exhibitor Hub, choose your company

    • Click on three dots in upper right-hand corner of profile box

      • Cover Photo = large gray box that can be updated with an image

        • Measurements: 1408px wide x 356px high;  ideal ratio is 4:1

      • Photo (avatar or logo) = circle with gray avatar on bottom left hand corner of cover photo box

        • Measurements: Max 945px wide x 500px high; Min 237px wide x 125px high; ideal ration 4:1

    • In the box beneath your cover photo, you can provide information about your company for attendees and other exhibitors to read:

      • Click on "About" directly under your Booth Name and Number, then click on [Edit] in the left hand corner of that box to fill out NameWhat We DoFounded DateWebsite and Product Categoriesthen click the "Save" button

      • Once saved, follow the same process by clicking on "Contact" (under "About"), then [Edit] to fill out the preferred Phone NumberAddress, and social websites you would like to be visible

    • Click on Booth # to see your location on floor plan

    • Share company profile via Facebook, X and LinkedIn by clicking on the corresponding icon at the bottom of the page


  • Complete your company's tasks

    • Click on three dots in upper right hand corner of profile box and choose Visit Organization Hub

    • Scroll down and view your company's check list under the "Tasks" category on the left hand side of the screen

    •  Click the drop down arrow to the right of the task name to see more high level information about the task

    • Click on the task title to complete the task


  • Add or revoke contacts for your company's booth

    • Under "Important Contacts" on the left hand of the page, choose to add a Primary or General Contact for your company

      • The Primary Contact will receive all automated messages about your company's booth

      • There must be a primary contact linked to all accounts, but only one (1) person can be a primary contact

    • You can view each member's profile by clicking on their name


  • View or pay invoices

    • Under the section in the center of the page titled "My Account" there is a blue button that will direct you to your Company Account where you can view or make payments specific to your booth participation or sponsorship (if applicable)


  • View other exhibitors and their profiles
