Tentoma is a specialist in fully automated packaging within the geosynthetic and nonwoven industries. We offer automated packaging solutions suitable for sealed packaging of e.g. rolls (up to 62 ft/19 m wide). Using RoRo StretchPack®, the roll is packed horizontally into a tubular stretch film and is sealed in the ends to protect the rolls against penetration of dust and moisture. Packaging and sealing are done in one process without any use of heat shrink. It reduces your film and energy consumption. The packaging is smooth and uniform, and the film is printable for branding the company logo etc.
RoRo StretchPack® not only improve the packaging quality of your rolls, but it is also a way for you to remove manual work and benefit from a fully automated packaging line, including inserting core plugs.
