Gamma Graphics Services (GGS) provides Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) evaluations on ammonia refrigeration piping and vessels. We test all piping with Radiometric Profiling (RP), a rapid-scanning technology that is safe for your staff and your system. Piping is tested at rate of 200 locations per day ‘as is’ without removing or cutting holes in jacketing or insulation. This testing method poses zero radiation exposure liability so we can test your system during normal business hours without interruption.
We find, measure and report on vessel and pipe corrosion, wall thickness, wall loss, wet insulation, pipe size and schedule, welds and more. For 20+ years, system engineers, operators, facility and safety managers, contractors and consultants have entrusted us to deliver conclusive, diagnostic evaluations.
