Slap Ya Mama Louisiana Food Products was created with the simple intention of offering our customers better-tasting food at our convenience store deli in 1996 in the small Cajun town of Ville Platte, Louisiana. We had no idea that it would become one of the most well-known food brands to come out of Louisiana. With our roots still planted in Ville Platte, our Slap Ya Mama branded products are now offered in all 50 states and four other countries with much more growth ahead of us. Today, our goal is to continue to share our Cajun culture and flavors with the world and to bring fun into the everyday kitchen.
