Bovine & Swine’s unique flavors and variety of hand-made products are reminiscent of the butchers of the past, the foundations of which are an attention to traditional techniques and high quality ingredients. Attention has been paid to every aspect of the product, from the way the ingredients are broken down to the “snap” experienced when biting into a sausage. Bovine & Swine’s diverse sausage lineup is certified All Natural and Gluten Free (with the exception of the Beer Brat) and showcases both classic and inventive flavors - all hand-crafted in Jackson Hole.

Cream + Sugar

Artisan Ice Cream made with the highest quality natural ingredients in fanciful flavors.  Cream + Sugar was created in the Kitchens of the Fine Dining Group in Jackson Hole, Wyoming as a high quality in house dessert that customers fell in love with and started askin where they could buy some to take home.   Retail production started in a small back space of a restaurant kitchen.  Our team, table, and freezers may have grown, but our approach has not.  All Cream + Sugar is makde using milk and cream from regional farms, all natural flavors and scratch made cookies for the sandwiches.
