Back in 2016, Jaju Pierogi was started by two sisters Casey and Vanessa White. Taking their grandfathers (Jaju, dziadziu) recipes, they set out to make a handcrafted Polish dumpling that tastes just like family’s. Using simple, straightforward ingredients, Jaju Pierogi specializes in flavors like the traditional potato and cheese, cabbage and mushroom, and not so traditional flavors like sweet potato and caramelized onion, jalapeno cheddar, and spinach and feta. They are the only company currently distributing a sweet potato pierogi to the market. Jaju Pierogi is found in over 600 specialty grocery stores and in chains like MOM’s Organic, Big Y, Roche Brothers, Stop & Shop, and Hannaford’s throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic.
