This third-generation family business was founded in 1922 in Fresno, California by Gazair Saghatelian, a master baker in his native Armenia, and is still operating in its original location. Today, Valley Lahvosh has nationwide distribution of its products and is a certified women-owned business. Our crackerbreads come in a variety of shapes (Hearts, Stars, Christmas Trees, Minis, Rounds), sizes, and flavors and are great for hors d’oeuvres, snacks, charcuterie boards, or as a bread alternative. All our products are certified kosher and are non-GMO with low fat, no cholesterol, and zero trans fat.
