In 1992, our founder, Amylu Kurzawski, was the chicken sausage pioneer in her family’s 100 year-old craft meats company. Amylu saw an opportunity to make a better-for-you product to meet the growing interest in healthier foods that taste great. Today, the product lineup includes over 50 different delicious flavors, of chicken sausages, burgers and meatballs. Everything is made from simple, clean ingredients without any nitrates, nitrites, or fillers.
