The country's only RUS approved quality assurance program for the purchase of treated wood poles and crossarm. A subsidiary of NRECA, the WQC program was created to provide an effective method for cooperatives and other utilities to purchase high quality treated wood commodities to enable them to provide reliable service to their members.
