The LEAD Maryland Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and operates the curriculum-based statewide LEAD Fellowship Program, in collaboration with University of Maryland Extension and numerous funders, supporters, and partners. The Foundation awards 2-year fellowships to selected participants, providing public issues education, skills building, leadership development and personal growth. Fellows have diverse backgrounds with activities or interests within or serving agriculture, natural resources, and rural communities. The program consists of lectures, tours, mentorships, networking, teambuilding, and culminates with an international travel study. You must reside or work in the state of Maryland to be eligible to participate in the LEAD Maryland Fellowship Program.

  INFORMATION SESSIONS

   January 20, 2021--- (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM);

  February 16, 2021--- (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

  This virtual presentation, offered via Zoom on two different dates, is geared towards anyone interested in applying to the LEAD Maryland Fellowship Program's next class, Class XII (2022-2023).  Potential applicants can meet virtually to hear from current Fellows, program Alumni, and program leaders about their experiences.  There is no charge to attend the event, but registration in advance is required.
