  Jackson, MO, January 2021 - 

  Ceramo Company enters the 2021 spring season with full warehouses and backup inventory already inbound from its manufacturing partners.

  Despite 2020 being a record-breaking year for many in the lawn and garden world, the unanticipated flood of Covid-inspired gardeners exposed supply chain weaknesses throughout the industry, as unprecedented demand led to inventory shortfalls across all categories. Ceramo Company recognized the emerging strong market conditions early in the Covid crisis, and implemented an aggressive purchasing strategy, increasing factory orders during a time that many other pottery distributors were cancelling shipments. 

  This approach was paired with an investment in an entirely new CRM system, including specially developed inventory control functionality.  

  "I think the end result is that we're as prepared as we possibly can be heading into 2021", said Alec Junge, Director of Product at Ceramo Company. "After the whirlwind of 2020, we were determined to keep our shelves as fully stocked as possible. We ordered early and aggressively from all of our manufacturing partners, and we expect that we will be able to offer a consistent supply of most of our catalog items through the spring and into the summer. We literally have dozens of containers of pottery scheduled to arrive every month this year."
