  This unique product, patented by Orlandelli, has won several awards worldwide (most notably the "TPIE 2018 - Cool Product Award", Ft. Lauderdale, FL and the 2nd prize in the Durable Goods category at "Concorso DIVA 2018", Milan, Italy) and is appreciated by hundreds of stores in the USA where, in terms of units delivered per year, remains our best seller.
  
  Starting from the base of a unistandard DC trolley, Orlandelli's design team added a mechanism, covered by patents, which in less that a second converts what looks like a normal cart for moving plants and trays into a display unit (see the video).
  This way you can load the trolley in your work area, move it to where the products are sold (by the entrance, in the parking lot, by the registers, etc), open it and allow the plants to receive 36% more sunlight than they would on a regular, not as nice to see cart while also benefiting from the water trays and capillary mats which save lots of time to the associates besides providing to the plants' needs.
  Garden plants, herbs, edibles and seasonal flowering plants all can be sold from this versatile display solution.
  
  Garden centers, flower shops, large retailers and wholesalers are using this trolley on a daily basis and would not go back.
  
  These units come disassembled in two boxes and are very easy to put together. Each unit includes the base, the opening mechanism with the 4 posts, 4 shelves each with a water tray and a capillary mat. Drain valves are available as optionals (for those few situations where they may be convenient).
  
  They are sold in pallets of either 3 or 6 units. They ship from our warehouse in Jacksonville, FL. The regular price is $1,317.00 + S&H for a pallet of 3 or $2,514.00 + S&H for a pallet of 6.

• NEW water tray for GMA 48" x 40" pallets (Jan 05, 2021)

  AVAILABLE FROM SPRING 2021
  
  The new water tray for 48" x 40" pallets, entirely designed by Orlandelli's R&D team, introduces groundbreaking technical and structural innovations.
  Made of the same POLYPROPYLENE (PP) plastic used for the water trays installed in our ebb & flow benches, it is very resistant to atmospheric agents, chemicals, solvents and mechanical stress; it does not deform under load and it retains its characteristics over time. The presence of reinforcements in the underlying part facilitates the correct support on the pallet and the stacking of the product. The rim also gives a notable resistance to the tray.
  
  By adding these water trays to the pallets used to display plants in your garden center you will gain several advantages, among which:

  IRRIGATION: less water and less labor to better water the plants. The double grooves inside the tray, divided into three drainage levels, allow safe irrigation by preventing the plants from being in direct contact with the water, thus avoiding root asphyxia. This distinctive feature is also very effective with flowering plants which, if showered from above, are likely to see the flowering ruined.

  CLEANLINESS: the use of water trays avoids the dripping of water and soil on the floor underneath, avoiding the formation of puddles of water and dirt which are not nice to look at and potentially ripe for slip and fall issues.

  DESIGN: the trays add a touch of design to the display and sale of plants.
