• FIBREDUST LLC. ANNOUNCES NEW BLEND: COIR WTF 70/30 (Dec 30, 2020)

  US based FibreDust LLC is pleased to announce the release of Coir WTF 70/30. We have taken Coir to the next level by listening to our customers and creating a superior blend.  We are blending wood fiber and coir at our factories and compressing the product for efficient global delivery in grow bags, grow cubes, disks, layflat slabs, and more.  “Fibredust is always working on new blends and working with growers we are excited about the results we are seeing with our Coir/wood fiber blend!” Said CEO Sam Ahilan.  “Coir by its nature has an already high porosity and water holding capacity, by adding wood fiber we can increase both for better yield.  We are already seeing greater fruit weight and total harvested in trials”. 

  Fibredust is partnering with Profile products to create a mix with the HydraFiber product-a wood fiber product created through a cutting-edge thermal process.  “We are excited to be working with Fibredust and expanding our reach with the HydraFiber product delivering the combined product to growers in a variety of formats” said Jeff Knape, Profile Products.
