I.V. House delivers on the promise of improved patient safety and increased nurse efficiency by creating revolutionary IV therapy joint stabilization and IV catheter protection devices.

The TLC® Splint (available for the elbow, wrist, and foot) is ergonomically designed to stabilize the area of flexion. See-through openings allow nurses to visually and manually assess the IV insertion site and surrounding tissue for warning signs of complications such as changes in color, temperature, or swelling. In one trial, patients wearing TLC Splints showed zero infiltrates compared to 12 infiltrates in the patients wearing traditional armboards.

The I.V. House UltraDome® and I.V. House UltraDressing® shield the IV catheter and loop of tubing from bumps and snags that can lead to accidental dislodgment. In a randomized-controlled study, the I.V. House UltraDressing was shown to increase dwell times.
