Antum Risk provides medical stop-loss coverage for self-insured employers. Our captive program is unique in that we don't charge premiums up front. Members pay their portion of the losses each month. Significant savings have resulted due to minimizing profit and removing surplus targets typically found in commercial stop-loss coverage.
Costs are stabilized through a multi-year actuarial process and the pooling of losses among the members. Members have direct participation and governance of the program. As such, we offer flexibility for members to choose their own TPAs, deductibles, and plan design. Also unique is a no new laser feature.
