Motobatt MBTZ26RHD Deep Cycle and Starting battery was developed to specifically address the shortfall in reserve power in the OE Flooded design batteries found in Polaris Razor and Ranger Models. In addition in opposite polarity is the same footprint for Kawasaki Mules, also a flooded car style design.

MBTZ26RHD is a one size fits all, again reducing by half the inventory a dealer would need to stock to cover those models. But that is not all.

The OE battery is 42 AH at best, this is well short of any Powersport enthusiasts expectations if they want to add winches, stereo systems and other electronics. Further being a basic car battery it is not designed for this type of punishment and quickly drops away under demanding conditions known in UTV usage. This is known to have caused issues with the charging systems since it is constantly working overtime to hold correct charge.

Motobatt Deep Cycle plate contruction maximises space inside the battery and thickens the plates, pasting and plate height to provide a market leading 54Ah battery capable of OE CCA and 1200 PHCA. This is best on the market in outright cranking at normal temperatures but with plenty of reserve power to maintain strong starts while under accessory loads.  It also helps the battery recover from deep discharges, something not possible on flooded designs which generally collapse soon after one large discharge cycle.
