It’s our pleasure to invite you to submit a presentation proposal for American Mensa’s 2023 Annual Gathering — Jul. 5–9, in Baltimore, Md.

After creating an account and logging in, you’ll be asked to submit your personal information, including a personal/professional biography (~100 words or fewer) and short description of your presentation (200 words or fewer), which will then be reviewed by the committee. Program descriptions should include the broad theme, objectives, and sub-topics of your presentation.

Program proposals must be submitted via this online submission system. The deadline for submissions is March 10, 2023. Proposals will be evaluated by March 21, 2023, and you will be notified shortly thereafter of the committee’s decision.

We are space-limited for Programs this year, and will be prioritizing presentations by external speakers as well as by speakers who have not presented at a recent AG. If you have presented at a recent Annual Gathering, but are able to help us fill a last-minute cancellation, please note that on your submission.

If you have any questions, please contact our Programs Chair.

Note: User accounts to submit program proposals are separate from your American Mensa website account. Unless you’ve submitted a proposal for a past Annual Gathering, you’ll need to create a new account.
