  • The Eliminator
A first of its kind, the patent-pending Eliminator Pollution Control Ventilator is designed show smoke and odor who’s boss in a small, cost-effective footprint....

  • Awarded FCSI The Americas’ Product of The Year, the Eliminator was praised for its evolutionary design, high-efficiency and advanced technology!

Gaylord's patent-pending Eliminator Pollution Control Ventilator is the first of its kind ventilator and is designed to meet the growing need to abate smoke and diminish odor in a small, cost effective footprint for your space challenged or mixed-use design.

Mixed-used development costs continue to increase due to market pressures for sustainability. The Eliminator provides a solution for shared retail, commercial, and residential spaces especially in those areas where greater housing densities occur.

The Eliminator's reduced water and electrical costs along with the resulting reduction in sewage infrastructure contribute to capital cost and labor savings that can be shifted to create revenue-generating opportunities such as rooftop restaurant/bars or garden/entertainment areas.

The Eliminator meets all codes required for acceptance for use in any commercial kitchen: IMC, UL710, UL710C, UL867, NSF-2 and NFPA-96. In addition, it has been approved by the City of New York Dept. of Environmental Protection (CB2018-0002) and the FDNY (COA #5767).
