Removing all the air from the bag and/or container significantly reduces the growth of bacteria, therefore increasing shelf life of food products (cooked or raw) by 3-4 times longer than traditional methods of storage. This means the kitchen can bulk prep once a week, reduce food waste and labor time. Once the air is removed you can safely freeze products without the risk of freezer burn.
