One-third of Medicare beneficiaries receiving home health are on Medicare Advantage (MA) plans. CMS’s objective is to move 47% to MA by 2025 and 70% by 2040. To best position your agency for the future of Medicare, you must act now to build relationships with plans, identify ways you can get better reimbursement for the services you already do and demonstrate your value to MA plans. This session will help you know what MA plans are looking for, how you can set your agency up for future success structurally with MA payers, and how to build relationships with payers that will allow you both to win.
