Registration Cancellation or Substitution

If You Are Registered to Attend the Conference in Chicago

If you register for the in-person conference in Chicago, you can change your registration to a digital-only registration before July 16, 2021, and you will be refunded the difference. Please contact customer service to change your registration type.

If you decide to cancel your in-person registration, Registration Insurance is now included in your registration fees. This coverage is underwritten by Lloyds of London. You will receive a 100% refund if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control that is covered under the policy.

This coverage starts on the date you pay for registration and ends on the first date of the show. Click here to go to the claims website and then click on the tab Policy Terms & Conditions to see what is covered under the policy. You must request your cancellation refund through this site. 

Substitution Policy: Attendees are able to substitute names at any time. Requests must be submitted to customer service or faxed to (330) 425-4983.

If You Are Registered for the Digital Conference Only

All cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to customer service or faxed to (330) 425-4983. Registration cancellations or requests for refund received in writing by end of day, July 16, 2021, will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between July 17, 2021 and July 30, 2021 will be entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 30, 2021.
