Registration Cancellation

If You Are Registered to Attend the Home Care and Hospice Conference in New Orleans

If you decide to cancel your in-person registration, Registration Insurance is now included in your registration fees. This coverage is underwritten by Lloyds of London. You will receive a 100% refund if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control that is covered under the policy.

This coverage starts on the date you pay for registration and ends on the first date of the show. Click here to see what is covered under the policy. To request your cancellation refund please email Catherine@rainprotection.net with a brief explanation for your cancellation.

Substitution Policy: Attendees are able to substitute names at any time. Requests must be submitted to customer service or faxed to (330) 425-4983.

If You Are Registered for the Digital Conference Only

All cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to customer service or faxed to (330) 425-4983. Registration cancellations or requests for refund received in writing by end of day, September 17, 2021, will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between September 18, 2021 and October 1, 2021 will be entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 1, 2021.
