Ira Feldman, CPA, MST, CVA, Managing Member

Specialty: taxation, business valuations, corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, general business consulting, and family financial planning.  Ira has over 37 years of public accounting experience and four years of experience as an auditor for the Internal Revenue Service. A proud member of the Freemasons and Shriners and serves on the Board of Directors of various charitable organizations.  

When not working:  Ira enjoys woodworking, golfing and skiing, and spending time with his wife and son.

Josh Taylor - CPA, Managing Member

Specialty- Conducting individual and corporate tax audits with government agencies, accounting and auditing services to a variety of clients including nursing/assisted living homes, non-profit organizations, manufacturers and auto dealerships. Josh has been preparing Medicare and PA Medicaid reports for over 35 years.

When not working- Josh enjoys tennis, fishing and relaxing with his family at the Jersey shore.

During his downtime, Jack finds joy in rock climbing, tackling home renovation projects, and spending quality time playing pool with friends.
