Canellation and Substitution Policies
CANCELLATION FOR IN-PERSON CONFERENCE
If you register for the in-person conference in St. Louis, you can change your registration to a digital-only registration before October 7, 2022, and you will be refunded the difference. Please contact customer service to change your registration type.
All cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to customer service. Registration cancellations or requests for refund received in writing by Friday, August 26, 2022, will be entitled to a refund up to the total amount paid less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received between Saturday, August 27, 2022 and Friday, October 7, 2022, will be subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after October 7, 2022. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
Attendees are able to substitute names at any time prior to picking up a badge onsite. Requests must be submitted to customer service.
CANCELLATION FOR DIGITAL-ONLY ACCESS
Digital Only registration cancellations are non-refundable. Substitutions are encouraged.
