Health & Safety Protocol for the 2022 Home Care and Hospice Conference and Expo

The National Association for Home Care & Hospice is excited to welcome you to the 2022 Home Care and Hospice Conference and Expo in St. Louis this October.

We are hard at work planning for a safe and comfortable return to our in-person events.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff must provide either proof of COVID-19 vaccination before departure OR proof of a negative Antigen test taken with 72 hours of the start of the conference. We are working with CrowdPass, a HIPAA-compliant, third-party organization to manage the collection of vaccination information and testing results submitted by all participants.

For purposes of NAHC events, you are considered COVID-19 vaccinated two weeks after the second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

This requirement conforms to CDC guidance. NAHC is also working in accordance with guidance from the Missouri Department of Health and Human Services to help protect the safety of all attendees.

Once you have registered for the conference you will be sent a link to the CrowdPass site, and if you are uploading your COVID-19 vaccination card, you may do so now immediately. If you will be uploading a negative COVID-19 test, you may begin doing that on Thursday, October 20.

You will need your four-digit registration ID to upload your vaccination card or negative test to CrowdPass. Once you’ve uploaded your document, CrowdPass will email your verification. Please hold onto your CrowdPass email and bring it with you to the conference.

ACCESS THE CROWDPASS SITE NOW!

No credentials will be distributed unless you show proof of confirmation from CrowdPass. Please complete this task before you depart for the conference.

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CARING FOR OUR COLLEAGUES

We are asking all participants to be vigilant about monitoring their own health symptoms and isolate should anyone exhibit COVID-19 symptoms, test positive for COVID-19, or be in close contact with someone who has tested positive.

Thank you for your support of a safe and comfortable return to our in-person 2022 conferences.
