Description

Maximizing the value of your home health agency involves both building value and capturing that value in the M&A marketplace. In this session, we will break down the fundamental value equation buyers use to evaluate agencies. From there, we will discuss the three main variables, and how each can be affected by operational changes, allowing owners to build value over time. We will also pull back the curtain and explain how owners can capture the value they've built over the years by creating a confidential, competitive process including their most likely ideal buyers.
