Description

This presentation covers outlines an approach to using analytics and key metrics as a method for coaching and motivating clinical staff to improve key metrics tied to HHVBP. Typically, it is difficult to help clinicians understand the importance of key organizational metrics, however through a unique approach of using metrics to tell stories and as a tool for clinical coaching, organizations are able to improve their performance, while improving their staff’s communication, productivity, and satisfaction. Home health and hospice leaders will be able to bring back new strategies to engage and support their clinical managers and field staff through the use on analytic coaching. Leaders will be able to better understand how they can empower their clinical managers so they can more effectively communicate, coach, and manage field staff to increase team engagement and improve organizational VBP metrics.
