Working Your QAPI Program: It’s a Team Effort to Improve & Sustain Come discover how to use the QAPI process to improve and sustain your quality and performance improvement (PI) indicators with the involvement of your teams in your Agencies. From identifying opportunities in your organizations to completion of achieving goals with sustainability; we will together discover and complete going through the PI steps from start to finish. You will leave with a skeleton structure of a QAPI project with meets regulation and accreditation standards, tools to share with your teams, and the knowledge to lead the project through the steps. You will see some projects "crowned" best practices that are easily transferable.
