Description

The staffing shortage in post-acute care is a crisis that has grown steadily, especially in the wake of COVID-19. While finding skilled staff has become an insurmountable challenge, administrative staff face their fair share of difficulties too. Regulations and compliances have created an administrative burden on staff that results in teams spending too much time on repetitive work. In this session, we address the role of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), an innovative technology in post-acute care. Learn how RPA helps home-health and hospice teams create automated workflows that function like a digital assistant, performing repetitive, logic driven administrative work. At the end of the session, you will witness how teams are able to save time as well as costs on additional resources, and focus on improving the quality of care delivered. For organizations burdened by the staffing shortage, this session is an insightful view into the technology that can alleviate this problem.
