Bet is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Visiting Nurse Association Health Group, Inc. (VNAHG), the nation’s second largest not-for-profit home health care organization servicing New Jersey, Ohio and Florida. Bet joined VNAHG in 2018 to serve the mission of people helping people by transforming the HR department to provide strategic HR and business solutions to deliver business value to VNAHG’s home health, hospice, visiting physician, children and family health and federally qualified health centers. Bet is an industry and expert leader.
Before joining VNAHG, Bet served as SVP, Human Resources for BioScrip (formerly Home Solutions), Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR at Fox Rehabilitation, Sr. Principal Business Transformation Consultant with Convergys and various senior Global HR Director roles with Rohm and Haas (now DOW Chemical) and Ciba Specialty Chemicals (Ciba-Geigy). Bet holds a B.S. Business Management from Rowan University, a M.S. Human Resources from Wilmington University, Certified Leadership Trainer, Six Sigma Greenbelt and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
Bet is a current member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and Aging Issues Advocate Group. Bet lives in Southern New Jersey and stays active exercising and walking with my best friend, mini-golden doodle, Princess Mia and spending time with family.
