Kristy has over 21 years’ experience in the compliance industry at the county and state level. Her most recent state assignment included implementation of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) as a state payer. This experience opened Kristy’s eyes to the level of effort being placed on providers and their vendors to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Kristy founded In Your Corner Consulting. LLC (IYC) early in 2020 and has since worked in over 15 states. Kristy and her team now assist providers and technology vendors with EVV implementation and compliance. Kristy has led efforts in the CMS EVV certification in four different states. In addition, her team works with providers to ensure minimal claims burden when EVV claims denials are put in place. With the ever-changing landscape of EVV, and compliance in general, Kristy is passionate about advocating for providers’ success.
