Profile

Dr. Nguyen is a geriatrician with expertise in various care settings: hospice, SNF, home-based, residential, outpatient, and inpatient care. His experiences as a former-hospice medical director, clinical services chief in geriatrics, former-health insurance specialist a CMS, Office of Clinical Standards and Quality will lend expertise in this area. As national medical director at CHAP, an accrediting organization recognized by CMS, the objective is to help hospices, home health’s, and community-based organizations achieve accreditation success and moreover excel in the quality of care they provide to patients.
